EXCHANGES

Oblique offers the cost of return delivery and reshipment in the case of an exchange for a change of size. Beyond one exchange, the costs are at your expense. The exchange must be made within 14 days after delivery.

Just email us your order number and the new size you want at oblique[at]weareoblique.com. The exchange must be made within 14 days after delivery. We will then send you a slip to return the order. The returned order must be in its original condition, clean, new and undamaged. Once the return has been validated, we will send you your coat in the new size requested within 14 days.

You will be informed of the different stages of the order until delivery to your email address. 

RETURNS

If you wish to return your order and get a refund, please note that the costs of return delivery are at your expense and are deducted from the refund. It must be made within 14 days.

Just email us your order number and your will to return the product at oblique[at]weareoblique.com. The return must be made within 14 days after delivery. We will then send you a slip to return the order. The returned coat must be in its original condition, clean, new and undamaged. Once the return has been validated, we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method you did, which should be made within 14 days.
