TERMS OF SERVICE - OBLIQUE

The present Terms of service (known as "TOS") have for object the legal framework of the methods of provision of the site and the services by OBLQ and to define the conditions of access and use of the services by 'The User'.

These TOS are accessible on the site www.weareoblique.com.

Any registration or use of the site implies acceptance without any reservation or restriction of these TOS by the User.

In the event of non-acceptance of the TOS stipulated in this contract, the User must renounce access to the services offered by the site. We invite anyone to contact us in this regard by e-mail at oblique[at]weareoblique.com.

OBLQ reserves the right to unilaterally modify the content of these TOS at any time.

The site www.weareoblique.com  allows the User free access to the following services:

Information about OBLIQUE brand, OBLIQUE products and news from OBLIQUE brand and the OBLQ company;
sale of OBLIQUE products.

The site is accessible free of charge from any location User with internet access. All the costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer hardware, software, connection, Internet, etc.) are at his expense.

The User can register in order to have his personal space and thus have a follow-up on his order history. Registration involves providing your first name, last name, personal e-mail address and defining a password. The User can then enter his postal address. The User undertakes to provide sincere and accurate information concerning his civil status and contact details. The User, after registering, can access his personal space by identifying himself on the login page using his e-mail address and password The User makes sure to keep his password secret. Any disclosure of the password, whatever its form, is prohibited. He / she assumes the risks associated with the use of his / her username and password. The site declines all responsibility. The non-member User has access to all services, except the follow-up on his order history.

Any event due to a case of force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the site or server and subject to any interruption or modification in the event of maintenance, does not engage the responsibility of www.weareoblique.com. In these cases, the User thus accepts not to hold the publisher liable for any interruption or suspension of service, even without notice.

The OBLIQUE brand is a trademark registered by OBLQ SAS. Any representation and / or reproduction and / or partial or total exploitation of this mark, of any nature whatsoever, is totally prohibited.
